Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Where a consumer concludes a service contract at a distance, the consumer generally has 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by applicable law.

Where the client asks A.Z.A. to begin the service before the end of the 14-day period, the client must make an express request. If the client later withdraws after performance has begun, the client may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided.

Where the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be lost only where the client expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the loss of the right once the service had been fully performed, as required by law.

The right of withdrawal does not override payment for non-recoverable third-party travel arrangements or personalised work already lawfully commenced where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
