Depending on the client’s use of the website and services, A.Z.A. may collect:

• Booking, quotation, contract, invoice and payment-status information. A.Z.A. does not receive full payment-card details where payment is processed by a secure third-party provider.

• Photographs voluntarily supplied for a soul reading or another requested service.

• Messages, client preferences, practical travel information and service history.

• Technical information generated through the website, subject to the Cookie Policy.
 

Sensitive Information

A consultation request may contain personal information about emotional wellbeing, relationships, spiritual beliefs or other private matters. Clients should provide only information they consider necessary. A.Z.A. processes such information solely for the requested service and with appropriate confidentiality.

Photographs and private consultation content are not used publicly, for testimonials, training, marketing or social media without the client’s separate and explicit permission.
 

Purposes and Legal Bases

• To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering into a contract.

• To provide, manage and follow up the contracted service.

• To issue quotations, invoices and maintain legally required business records.

• To manage bookings, payments, cancellations and disputes.
