A client should first submit any complaint in writing to contact@methodaza.com, explaining the issue and the resolution requested. A.Z.A. will seek to respond within a reasonable period.
Spiritual and Complementary Services Disclaimer
A.Z.A. services are spiritual and complementary in nature. They are offered as personal guidance and wellbeing experiences based on Angélique’s practice and perceptions.
They do not constitute medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice or any regulated healthcare service. Clients should consult appropriately qualified professionals for medical symptoms, mental-health concerns, medication, legal questions, financial decisions or emergencies.
Descriptions of soul energy, past lives, soul contracts, spiritual guides, energetic influences and related concepts reflect the spiritual framework of the service. They are not presented as scientifically established facts, and each client is free to decide what meaning, if any, they give to the experience.
No specific emotional, physical, financial, relationship, spiritual or professional outcome is promised or guaranteed. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another client will have the same experience.
The client remains responsible for personal decisions made before, during or after a service. A.Z.A. may decline or discontinue a service where the client requires care outside the scope of the practice or where professional boundaries cannot be maintained.
Photographs, Testimonials and Public Content
A photograph supplied for a reading is used only for the requested service unless the client gives separate, explicit permission for another use.
A.Z.A. will not publish a client’s name, photograph, private story, message, recording or testimonial without permission. Where permission is granted, the client may choose whether their full name, first name, country or an anonymous attribution is used.
Consent for marketing or testimonial use must be separate from consent required to perform the service and may be withdrawn for future publication, subject to material already lawfully printed or otherwise unable to be recalled.
