Terms and Conditions of Service
01/08/2026

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to spiritual and complementary wellbeing services supplied by MUSSARD ANGELIQUE, trading as A.Z.A., to private clients in France and internationally. They also apply to remote sessions, in-person services, private programmes, body rituals, property interventions and related personalised work.

Where a separate written proposal, quotation or service agreement is issued, that document forms part of the contract. In the event of inconsistency, the individually accepted written proposal prevails for the specific service concerned, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Nature of the Services

A.Z.A. provides non-medical spiritual and complementary wellbeing services. These may include intuitive soul readings, readings relating to past lives or soul contracts, emotional and energetic support, personalised rituals, non-therapeutic body rituals, private three-month guidance journeys, and energetic work relating to homes or professional spaces.

The services are based on Angélique’s spiritual practice and personal approach. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial services, and no diagnosis, cure or guaranteed result is offered.

Enquiries, Assessment and Acceptance

A client may submit an enquiry through the website, by email or by WhatsApp. An enquiry does not create a binding obligation to provide a service.

A.Z.A. may request a recent clear photograph, relevant practical information, a confidential questionnaire or an initial discussion. For a Private Soul Insight, Angélique may begin the reading from a photograph without requiring the client to disclose their full personal history beforehand.

A.Z.A. reserves the right to decline a request where the service is not appropriate, where expectations fall outside the scope of the work, where safety or professional boundaries cannot be maintained, or where availability does not permit acceptance.

Prices and Quotations

Prices may be communicated privately after review of the client’s request. The price depends on the service, duration, level of preparation, follow-up, location, travel requirements and the depth of the work.

Any quotation or private proposal will state the price, payment schedule, included services, estimated timing and any travel-related costs. Prices are stated in the currency shown in the proposal. VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Payment

Payment may be made by bank transfer, Wise transfer, or secure credit or debit card payment through the payment provider made available at the time of booking.

A booking is confirmed only when the required payment or deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by A.Z.A.

Card details must never be sent directly to A.Z.A. by email, message or WhatsApp. Card payments must be completed only through the secure payment interface provided.

Appointments and Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information, attending at the agreed time, ensuring a suitable environment for remote sessions, and informing A.Z.A. of any practical circumstance that may affect the service.

The client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions and wellbeing. Spiritual information shared during a service should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Intellectual Property and Recordings

Session materials, personalised plans, rituals, written guidance, audio materials and other content supplied by A.Z.A. are intended solely for the client’s private use unless written permission is granted.

A client may not record, reproduce, publish, sell, teach or distribute a session or proprietary A.Z.A. material without prior written consent. A.Z.A. will not record a private session without informing the client and obtaining any consent required by law.

Governing Law and International Clients

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer residing in another country of any mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to that consumer.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through a written complaint sent to contact@methodaza.com.
